HPMF Hyedrabad chapter ahead in social cause: Visits old age home

Hospitality Purchase Managers Forum (HPMF) is not only a forum for hospitality purchase managers but it has gone way beyond to reach downtrodden and under priviledged of society. They are in process of touching the hearts of those who were either ignored by society or neglected for unknown reasons.

In a unique way, Hyderabad HPMF Members visited and took up charity work for the benefit of elderly prople at 140-year-old ‘Little Sisters of the Poor’ old age home at Bhoiguda, Secunderabad. The HPMF members distributed bedsheets, cleaning chemicals, rice bags, milk powder and other essentials at the home.

HPMF Hyedrabad chapter is headed by Jwala Srinivas. He is working as Associate Director Purchase at The Park Hotel Hyedrabad. Jwala is leaving no stone unturned to take it too next level. He planning to expand and enhance their wings in Hyderabad in large scale.

Nitin Shankar Nagrale, founder and General Secretary HPMF said “HPMF Hyedrabad chapter’s performance is excellent not only for forum members but in social areas too. In social front, they would carry out similar charitable activities in the coming months. They have plan to organise ‘Nova Fun Fest’ on November 12, in which elderly from old age homes will showcase and sell their handmade articles. Nova Fun Fest not only a launching platform for elederly to showcase their articles but also motivational activities to boost their morale”.

“Nagrale adds “In HPMF we have joined together to give an exciting way to change the hospitality industry for their betterment in this competitive world. We are going global and are in the process of launching Dubai chapter soon”.

Nagrale further added “HPMF is a movement now, not only concentrating on purchase managers but it has entered in many areas for social causes too. We are here for a better future; our aim is to go westward sooner or later. Positivity, conscious and ready to inspire and consciousness are our major focus areas”.   

It may be noted thay HPMF was founded by 3 persons namely Nitin Shankar Nagrale, Mohan Deshpande and Sanjay Goyal on 26th November, 2010 at the J W Marriott hotel in Mumbai. In seven years period they have grown manifold and now has over 1500 members in its fold and growing further.
