In entire dishes the touch of class of Chef Satish Arora was clearly felt.

The highlight of this menu is not only its innovative use of great, fresh flavours, but also its commitment to seasonality and responding to the growing trends and demands of our diners. Depending on what’s popular with the diners, items would be retained in the new menu while loads of new food items would be added.”
