The Leela Mumbai once again has come forward to offer best-kept culinary secrets of 3 states authentic cuisines at their award winning signature Indian restaurant, Jamavar. A celebration of regional classics from Tamil Nadu, Punjab and Kerala are on offer.

Chef Surender Mohan, Culinary Director and Corporate Indian Chef have designed exclusive and selected dishes to choose from. It includes Kesar Pistewali Lassi pedhe de maarke, Moru Kachiyathu, or opt for the classic Pineapple Rasam or Tamatar te Dhaniye da Shorba.

Tamilian fare includes like Vazhaipoo Vada, Madras Chicken Curry and Vaiga Fish Curry. Pair it with the traditional Nei Soru or Set Dosa. Enjoy the culinary marvels of Kerla like Pomfret Porichathu, Chemmeen Roast, Adipoli, Kappa fry, Syrian Mutton Curry,  Prawn Mapas, Avial, Muringakai Ulli Theeyal and much more.

Indulge in authentic Punjabi delicacies like Amritsari Machi, Punjabi Tandoori Chicken, Murgh Tikka Kandhahari, Raan Hari Singh Nalwa, Multani Tikke, Peethiwali Tikki, Chooza Makhani, Rahara Meat,  Sarson da Saag, Bharta and Kadhi Pakora to name a few.
