This year, Majestic Lebua hotel in capital city of Uttar Prdesh, Lucknow is all set to bring a taste of Punjab to the patrons through their Baisakhi food festival on 14th and 15th April 2018 at Azrak all day dining restaurant.
The culinary team at Lebua Hotel has curated a line-up of authentic Punjabi dishes which will definitely appeal to the senses! The dishes will be prepared using the traditional methods of cooking such as tandoor, slow cooking with the use of multiple spices and a generous dose of white butter and clarified butter to give patrons a real taste of the Punjabi Cuisine.
The Baisakhi Festival Menu will offer a wide variety of vegetarian and non vegetarian fare. The exclusive menu includes: Starters – Amritsari kukkad, Bhatinde di seekhan Haryali machhi tikka, Hadippa paneer tikka, Amritsari subz seekhan and Sarson de phool. Lassi Chhach & Salad counter – Chicken Tikka Chhat,Deviled egg, tandoori phalon di chaat, dahi bhalle and hara bhara Salad. Shorba – Bhutte da soup and Murgh Haryali Shorba.
Main course – Tawa Meat Sarjitte di chicken curry Saage Wala Paneer Amritsari Aloo wadiyan Methi Gobi Masala Pind de chhole Kulche Dal Amritsari Wadiyon Da Pulao and Tawe da Chicken Pulao. Dessert includes Gud chuk, Til De laddoo Apple di kheer and Jalebi.
