Kuldeep Singh Has recently joined The Ambassador Hotel Mumbai as Assistant Food and Beverage manager. In this role, Kuldeep will provide strategic leadership for the hotel’s food and beverage outlets, room service and banqueting. Kuldeep comes with more than 12 years of hospitality experience. He gained experience in F&B in a number of well-established properties. Prior to joining The Ambassador hotel, Kuldeep served as senior restaurant manager at Orchid hotel Mumbai.
Kuldeep passed out his three years Diploma in Hotel Management & Catering Technology from Naval Institute of Technology Mumbai in 2005 and did his Higher Secondary Certificate from Kendriya Vidyalaya Colaba, Mumbai.
After passing out from Naval Institute of Hotel management He started his career as Food and Beverage associate with Narang’s The Gordon House Hotel, Mumbai. He has also worked in leading hotels where he enhanced his culinary and service skill, these properties includes Intercontinental Marine Drive, De Gustibus Hospitality Pvt Ltd, Radisson Blu Resort & Spa Alibaug, Hotel Sahara Star, Mumbai and The LaliT Mumbai.
Speaking to Mumbai Messenger, Kuldeep Singh said “I am very happy to join The Ambassador hotel which is known globally for excellent authentic delicacies. My aim is to use my experience from the last several years and look forward to work passionately with my team to further drive forward the Food & Beverage experiences offered here”.
In his entire career he achieved his designated target at all time. He is a go getter and handled all his portfolios successfully and received laurels from management and even on social media. Wherever he worked, he was well appreciated on social sites such as Zomato and Trip Advisor.
