Bombay Bustle, London’s prominent Indian restaurant has won Taste of London’s “Best in Taste” award for their Keema Biryani. The Keema Biryani was prepared by Chef Surender Mohan, Culinay Director of Michelin Starred Jamavar – Bombay Bustle restaurant of London.
Taste of London Awards are the industry standard designed to honour excellence among chef’s, their cuisines and to bring together the best of their venues. The Taste of London festival was held from June 13 – 17, 2018 at London’s Regent’s Park.The five day foodie extravaganza not only celebrated with food from London’s hottest restaurants, but fascinating demos from the leading chefs who create the menus.
Bombay Bustle, regarded as one of the most sought after Indian restaurant in London, won laurels at the Taste of London festival. The “Best in Taste” awards where the judging panel was impressed with Chef Surender Mohan’s marvellous authentic taste and presentation.
Bombay Bustle is a dream project, owned by Samyukta Nair, Entrepreneur and co-founder of Jamavar. She is a third generation hotelier, her grandfather Captain C. P. Krishnan Nair established Leela Palace Hotels and Resorts. Their Jamavar Restaurant has won Michelin Star. Jamavar and Bombay Bustle, both restaurants are located in classic food hub at Mayfair London.
Taste of London is World’s most amazing food festival. You can see a whole host of famous and talented chefs showcasing their skills, all under one roof. It attracts over 50,000 visitors from across the Globe to Regent’s Park. Thousands of culinary enthusiasts, tourists and foodies gathered to see what this year’s event had in store for them.
