Those food lovers who love to relish authentic Singapore cuisine have reason to cheer. Once again Singapore Food Festival is back to satisfy your passion for great food. The Singapore food festival is organised at the Pondichéry Café in Sofitel Mumbai hotel. The festival is named as “Flavours of Singapore”, will focus on traditional tastes, authentic flavours, and modern cuisine. Ten days festival began on 22nd and will continue till 01st July 2018, served during lunch and dinner.

Chefs James Choo Pie Jiam and Nyun Yong Soon have especially flown down to Mumbai to produce genuine dishes. They have also brought in ingredients along with them to create authentic flavours.

The Singapore food festival was launched by His Excellency Ajit Singh Honorary Consul-General of the Republic of Singapore and his wife. Biswajit Chakraborty General Manager of Sofitel hotel, Executive Chef Neeraj Rawoot and visiting Chef’s James Choo Pie Jiam and Nyun Yong Soon from The Fairmont & Swissôtel The Stamford in Singapore were also present.

You’ll find a treasure trove of culinary experiences as both visiting chefs have curated an exquisite menu and gastronomic creations to give an authentic taste of their homeland. Their exclusive delicacies includes – Bak Kut Teh, Singapore Chili Crab, Hainanese Chicken Rice, Char Kway Teow, Bubur Cha Cha and many more similar dishes. Those with a sweet tooth can relish Abaling, Bo Bo Cha Cha, Snow Fungus Pear Soup, Mango Pomelo Sago, Durian Paste, and more to savour the unique tastes.
