Goan cuisine is a cornocopia of ingredients and flavours, influenced by different origins and cultures over the centuries. The cuisine prominently features delicious curries and an endless array of seafood.
Tanmoy Majumder – Executive Chef of The Lalit Golf and Spa Resort Goa, is curating a delectable experience for guests at The Lalit Mumbai. The Goan food festival is commenced on July 21 and will continue till July 31, 2018.
This exotic menu features some of the most prominent Goan preparations. Goa’s staple Prawn Curry is ready to make an appearance, and so are Shrimp Balchao, Mutton Vindaloo, vegetable khatkhate, and Chicken Xacuti. Goa’s extremely popular coconut infused sweet, Bebinca, is making its way to the tables as well.
