You can enjoy best of the wines accompanied with full of enchanting and delightful menu created by Executive Chef Sahil Arora and his team. Don’t miss this delicious Wine Fest which is creating bespoke tasting flights of wine and tasty ‘sip & eat’ food pairings.
The tremendous trio of sparkling wine, white wine and red wine are the golden embossing of the fest. From alternatives like South African Sauvignon Blanc to Italian Sangiovese, Australian Chardonnay to Chilean Cabernets and wines from all over the country would be accessible at this fiesta. The menu for wines at both Nawab Saheb and Emperor’s Court ranges from the finest pinot’s palette to a variety that is easily availed and relished.
Emperor’s Court and Nawab Saheb, both the speciality restaurants offer specially crafted menus of sumptuous meals inclusive of wonderful wines. The four-course Emperor’s Dinner begins with appetizers like Sichuan Chicken and Pork Spare Ribs, whereas, for those who opt for the healthier vegetarian options, there is the Vegetable Spring Roll and Lotus Stem for starters. Any two lip-smacking dishes can be chosen from the appetizers and the main course list. The main dishes encompass the Lobster Butter Garlic, Chilli Bean Chicken, Braised Tofu and Chinese Greens with stir-fried vegetables.
Renowned Chef Yunus Khan has created his classic collection that begins with Shahi Gilawat Kebab and Dhuan Achari Lobster convoyed with the pan-fried Subz ki Gilawat and Chef Yunus Khan Ka Paneer. The main course comprises of Potli Nihari, Murgh Handi Lazeez and Awadhi Paneer Korma complemented with the Asian breads, Warqi Paratha and Saunfiyani Khamiri. The classics include the delectable and scrummy dum dishes of Gosht Awadhi Biryani and Saffron topped Subz Biryani.
