Hotel Marine Plaza has come up with a Parsi Food Festival to bring to its guests the flavours from the community’s kitchens. Well known Parsi couple Chef Tehmtan Dumasia and Chef Shernaz Dumsaia have are part of festival.
The Parsi food festival was inaugurated by celebrities Cyrus Broacha and Kunal Vijaykar and currently going on in Bay View Café until August 17th, 2018 for dinner. You can find chef duo and interacting with guests who’d like to know more about Parsi food.
Chef duo has created exclusive dishes that are featured in festival at Hotel Marine Plaza. These dishes includes Bheja cutlet, Kolmi na kebab, Chutney pattice, Mutton cutlet, Murghi na farcha, Pattra ni macchi, Salli murghi, Mutton dhansak, Saas ni macchi, Sali pet edu, Kaleji khurchan,, Bharuchi akuri and not to miss, Lagan nu custard.
