Jack Mehta, student of first batch – 1954 at Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition (IHMCTAN), Mumbai visited institute on Friday. He was welcomed by Principal A K Singh (second from left), L to R Sanjeev Kacker, HOD-F&B Services, Jack Mehta and Aileen Sequeira, HOD-Room Division. Jack Mehta is currently living retired life in Jamaica. He was associated with Department of tourism of Jamaica and was also served as President in leading hotels. He was happy to see IHM Mumbai transformed with enhanced and advanced systems of education on par with Global institutes. The IHMCTAN, Mumbai, the first of its kind in South East Asia was founded in the year 1954 by the All India Women’s Central Food Council under the leadership of Late Shrimati Lilavati Munshi.
