Hilton hotel Mumbai is all set to take its guests on a culinary journey along ?The Grand Trunk Road,? one of the Asia's oldest and longest highway, spanning over an impressive length of around 2,500 Kms running through parts of Afghanistan, Pakistan, India and Bangladesh.

Hilton hotel presents G T Road food Journey aimed at capturing the diverse and rich culture of Grand Trunk road by taking patrons on the trail of the specialties of every city; you can sample the dishes from the entire region during ongoing food festival at The Brasserie.

The tables are set and covers are laid as the journey commenced last week and will continue till 9th December. So explore the diversity in cuisine which unites all the food lovers to experience the taste from neighbouring countries passing through G T Road.

The GT Road food festival makes the discerning foodies savour the flavours and authentic dishes from the gastronomic regions like Bengal Fish curry, Safed Murgh Korma, Doi maach, Macchi Mussalam, Bhatti ka murgh, Nalli korma, Elaichi kofta curry, Lucknowi paneer kush rang, Pindi Chole masala, Sarson ka saag, Live 4 types of tawa paratha with Amritsari Dal and hung curd. A live dessert consists of Tawa gajar ka Halwa, Gulab jamun with Rabdi and Tawa Mawa Burfi.
