MASTER CHEF KASI PRESENTS CHETTINAD DELICACIES AT ITC MARATHA

The Chettinad cuisine lovers need not travel to South India to try out authentic delicacies.

 

Chef Kasi presents memories from his home town – Karaikudi in the form of culinary masterpieces. It is served in ITC Maratha hotel in their prominent restaurant Dakshin Coastal.

 

 So it’s a time for Mumbaikar to go and sample the authentic flavours of the Chettinad style. Made of freshly ground masala’s, sun-dried meats and salted vegetables, the preparations are the perfect representation of the region.
