MOM AND SON OFFER SATARA DELICACIES AT FOUR POINTS BY SHERATON VASHI

Once again Four Points by Sheraton Vashi hotel has come out with serving authentic delicacies for Mumbaikar. This time they are offering Satara delicacies for Sunday brunch on 14th July, 2019.

 

So experience the authentic flavours of Maharashtrian food inspired from the Satara region.

The delicacies are curated by Mrs. Chhaya, mother of skilled Chef Ganesh at Four Points by Sheraton.  Both, mother and son duo will serve exquisite dishes like Kombadi che Pakode, Bharli Vangi, Kombadi Masala, Machi Pandra Rassa which use the home recipes of the Chefs’ mom and had inspired him as a child to take up cooking as a profession.

 

It may be noted that Satara is one of the prominent districts in Maharashtra. The food here is generally spiced up and jaggery or ‘gud’ is abundantly used in cooking instead of sugar. Vegetables such as brinjal and fenugreek are everyday ingredients. The locals are a huge fan of non-vegetarian food. Chicken, fish and mutton are part of their staple.
