NEW MENU LAUNCHED AT SOMA - GRAND HYATT MUMBAI

Soma, one of the prominent restaurant serving authentic Indian delicacies at Grand Hyatt Mumbai has launched its new menu.  Chef Nadeem Qureshi, the Chef De Cuisine of ‘Soma’ has curated classic delicacies that includes Signature Lobster Malai, Pardha Murgh, Bharwan paneer shimla mirch, Kakori Kebab, Shikanji, Thandai and much more.

There are much more to savour such as Aaloo Firdausi, Mushroom Kundan Tara, Murgh Sirka Pyaz, Hyderabadi Lamb Biryani, Bhuna Badami Shorba and much more,

Those who loves sweets can choose from an elaborate spread of mouthwatering desserts 'Thande Gulab Ki Kheer' (Rose petal, condensed milk), 'Afghani Pista)','Malai Makhan'(Reduced Milk, khoya, saffron, fresh cream), 'Pista Kulfi', 'Kesri Rasmalai' and Homemade Moong Dal Halwa served with Ice-cream'.
