Vegetable Crostini:
INGREDIENTS:
Bread slice : 2 pieces
Butter : As per requirement
Salt : as per taste
Black pepper crushed : 1/2 Tsp
Chopped Parsley : 1tsp.
Chopped onion : 1tsp.
Chopped garlic : 1tsp.
Oregano : half tsp.
Olive oil :1tsp.
Bell pepper red /yellow /green : 2 tsp.
Green peas, baby corn : 4tsp.
Finely chopped cauliflower :2tsp.
Mozzarella cheese slice : As per your requirement :
Tomato ketchup : for mixing in vegetable and to eat with Toast
METHOD:
- Take finely chopped garlic, oregano, chopped parsley and mix it in butter. Apply it on bread slices and toast it mildly.
- Take olive oil & heat it in a pan. Add chopped onions, all vegetable, add crushed pepper and salt and sauté it. You can add tomato ketchup & chili sauce as per your taste for spicy and sweet flavour. Let it cooked for few minutes till it turn tender. Keep it aside for few minutes to make it cold.
- Apply above mixture on bread slice, spread cheese pieces on it and bake it in oven. Keep on checking it, when cheese turns golden brown remove it.
- You can eat it with tomato ketch up or any sauce of your choice.
