In a latest development, The Adamo group has inducted hospitality stalwarts Kamlesh Barot, Pankaj Barot and Rajnik Barot as Directors of Adamo Hospitality.
This association would integrate the workings at the group’s owned Adamo Hotels in various locations as well as the upcoming asset-light model fraternization. The Adamo group has significant presence in prominent locations and plans to expand at various locations in time to come. Adamohospitalty’s prominent hotels include The Empresa hotel at Andheri West, Hotel Vaikunthand Sanmukh at Nathdwara, The Village and Resort at Matheran and The Bellus Goa.
This strategic association among Adamo and Barots will see experts and decision-makers of the group to ameliorate the efficacy of the overall business operations of Adamo Hospitality and its endorsers. Taking this association a notch higher, this move will see Adamo Hospitality collaborate with various other hotels and hospitality chains for outsourcing their complete management control. This is a key step for the Adamo Hospitality group’s expansion strategy.
About Kamlesh Barot: KamleshBarot is a seasoned hotelier, into trade for more than four decades. He did his schooling from prominent HVB School at Marine Drive in South Mumbai and completed his hotel management degree from prestigious IHM Mumbai. He is a director of Adamo hotels (Hospitality), director Barot hotels Pvt. Ltd and Vie Hospitality. He also served as past president of FHRAI and HRAWI.
Kamlesh owns a restaurant at Crawford Market in Mumbai and Bangkok. He owned and managed close to a hundred odd hotels and restaurants till date. Currently designed and established the 75rooms SGS Greenotel Resort at Lonavala and Revival resort at Bhavnagar, Revival Restaurant at Lavasa and Shri Vallabh Vilas Lords Plaza at Nathdwara. He is planning to open hotel in Thane and Bangalore very shortly.
His restaurant namely Revival at Chowpatty in South Mumbai is one of the most sought after for classic Thali. Revival holds its position in the prestigious Limca Book of Records (2013: most dishes in one Thali); TripAdvisor’s Certificate of Excellence Awardee 2016 to 2019.
