Ajay Devgn on Tuesday announced that his much-awaited production offering The Big Bull, which stars Abhishek Bachchan in the lead role, is set for a direct-to-digital release on Disney+ Hotstar VIP on April 8, 2021.
The superstar took to his Twitter handle and shared the teaser of the film, which reportedly chronicles the story of stockbroker Harshad Mehta, played by Bachchan. He revealed the trailer will be out on March 19.
“Introducing The Big Bull. The mother of all scams! The trailer out on 19th March. The Big Bull releasing on 8th April only on @DisneyplusHSVIP, stay tuned!”
Directed by Kookie Gulati, the film is part of the Disney+ Hotstar Multiplex slate, which was announced last year.
In addition to Abhishek Bachchan, The Big Bull also stars Ileana D’Cruz, Nikita Dutta, Soham Shah, Ram Kapoor, Supriya Pathak, and Saurabh Shukla in important characters.
The film has been produced by Devgn and Anand Pandit with Kumar Mangat Pathak and Vikrant Sharma attached as co-producers.
It was earlier slated to release in October 2020 but was pushed owing to the Coronavirus-induced lockdown.
