Seasoned Chef Dinesh Mhatre has joined as Executive Chef of Courtyard by Marriott Ahmedabad, Ramdev Nagar recently. Chef Dinesh comes with over two and half decades of culinary experience. He enjoys crafting new and innovative creations as much as he likes preparing them. Prior to his new assignment, he worked as Executive Chef at Hilton Mumbai International Airport and prior to that he was the executive Sous Chef with JW Marriott, Pune.
In his new role, Dinesh Mhatre assists in the multiple functioning and processes of the hotel such as setting the menu, ensuring the customers are served well, mentoring the culinary team and sourcing the right candidates for food and beverage. Chef Dinesh brings with him an extensive array of proficiency and a deep understanding of exceptional and modern aspects in the F&B industry. His flawless attention to detail and hardworking nature has led to his prominent achievements in gastronomy.
It may be noted that there are few talented chefs who began their career as Apprentice and have reached the commanding position of Executive Chef. He began his career as Apprentice at Oberoi Flight services in Mumbai and never looked thereafter. He kept on climbing the ladder of success through his hard work and devotion towards his profession. In his career span of more than 2 decades, he worked for leading hotel chains that includes Hyatt Regency Mumbai, JW Marriott, Pune, Orchid hotel Mumbai, Oberoi flight services to name a few.
