It brings together the best of international street food delicacies, expertly curated by the team of talented master chefs. With a multitude of live cooking stations, guests can witness the magic of a hawker’s market and the bustling street food vibe unfold as skilled culinary artisans prepare irresistible dishes right before the guests.
From sizzling flavors of Southeast Asian cuisine to the fiery spices of Indian street food, JW Food Alley brings an extensive array of culinary delights to satisfy every palate. Guests can choose from Indian delights such as the famous Kolkata Street specials like Kathi Rolls, Jhalmuri, from the land of vibrant Gujarat we have the delicious Kutchi Dabeli, a delicacy from Orissa and Bihar is the Satuu Paratha to Japanese dishes such as Som Tom and Gado Gado Salad.
