Novotel Juhu: Mumbai’s Culinary Scene Welcomes a Special Collaboration

Mumbai, a city renowned for its rich culinary landscape, is set to offer an exciting gastronomic experience with a unique collaboration between two esteemed dining establishments. Sampan, the acclaimed Chinese restaurant at Novotel Juhu, is partnering with Honk, a celebrated pan-Asian restaurant situated at Pullman New Delhi Aerocity.

  Sampan is hosting a special culinary event featuring Honk’s distinguished culinary team from August 9th to August 25th, 2024. This collaboration is a significant culinary event, as it brings together two renowned names in the culinary world.

  During the collaboration between Sampan and Honk, guests can expect a fusion of Sampan’s beloved Chinese classics with Honk’s innovative pan-Asian dishes. This special menu is designed to showcase a diverse range of flavors and textures, enhancing the dining experience with both familiar favorites and exciting new creations.
