JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu proudly announces the appointment of Monal Prabhu as its new Director of Sales & Marketing. A seasoned professional in the hospitality industry, Prabhu brings over 14 years of experience to this prestigious role, having previously excelled at St. Regis Mumbai.
In her new position, Prabhu will be instrumental in enhancing the hotel’s esteemed reputation, focusing on brand awareness, guest engagement, and market expansion. She aims to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and fostering strong client relationships through effective sales strategies aligned with the hotel’s objectives.
Prabhu’s impressive career began at The Oberoi, Mumbai, as a Banquet Sales Associate in 2011. She later led the Catering Sales Team at Sofitel Mumbai BKC for six years, gaining valuable insights into various segments of the hospitality landscape. Since joining Marriott International in 2020 as Associate Director of Catering Sales at The St. Regis Mumbai, she has consistently exceeded budget expectations and improved market share.
Her expertise in orchestrating corporate events, group gatherings, and weddings, combined with her analytical approach to sales and marketing, positions her as a vital asset to the JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu team, reinforcing the hotel’s commitment to excellence in hospitality and brand leadership.
