Vietjet Thailand is set to expand its presence in India with the launch of a new Mumbai–Bangkok (Suvarnabhumi) service, scheduled to begin on December 23, 2024. This new route will provide passengers with a seamless and convenient travel option to explore Thailand’s vibrant capital and beyond, while fostering greater opportunities for tourism, business, and cultural exchange between Mumbai and Bangkok.

Initially, the Mumbai-Bangkok service will operate daily, with flight VZ761 departing from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (BOM) at 00:45 AM and arriving at Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) at 06:25 AM local time. The return flight, VZ760, will depart Suvarnabhumi at 08:45 PM, landing in Mumbai at 11:50 PM local time. This new service aims to strengthen connectivity between the two dynamic cities, enhancing travel options for both leisure and business travelers.

Rajendra Chopra, a frequent flyer to Bangkok, shared, “This is great news for Mumbaikars as it adds another travel option. I’m confident it will be an affordable choice, making Vietjet Thailand a convenient option for many to fly to Bangkok.”
