In an effort to promote tourism and simplify entry procedures, the Royal Government of Cambodia has announced a reduction in electronic visa (e-Visa) fees and improvements to the visa system. According to an official press release, the government has directed relevant ministries to enhance and integrate the e-Visa and e-Arrival systems into a seamless process. As part of this initiative, fees for both the e-Visa T (Tourist) and e-Visa E (Ordinary) categories will be lowered.

The new fee structure, effective from January 1, 2025, will see the cost of the e-Visa (T) drop from USD 36 to USD 30, while the e-Visa (E) will be reduced from USD 42 to USD 35.

These changes reflect Cambodia’s ongoing efforts to enhance its appeal as a top destination for international travellers and business visitors, aiming to make visa applications more accessible, efficient, and cost-effective.
