Jyran, the celebrated Indian specialty restaurant at Sofitel Mumbai BKC, is set to host a special collaboration with Delhi’s iconic Chor Bizarre on January 24th and 25th, offering guests an exclusive chance to indulge in the authentic and rich flavors of Kashmiri cuisine. Jyran, known for its dedication to authenticity, draws inspiration from the North-West Frontier Province, showcasing a masterful blend of flavors and textures. This event marks a unique opportunity for Mumbai’s food lovers to experience the culinary excellence of Chor Bizarre, renowned for its traditional North Indian cuisine.

Under the guidance of Brand Chef Srinivasulu, Chor Bizarre brings the finest elements of Kashmiri gastronomy to the table. While its New Delhi location is famous for serving the elaborate 36-course Wazwan, this special Mumbai event will feature a curated selection of signature dishes, including Al Yakhni, Nadru Palak, Goshtaba, and Kashmiri Roganjosh. These dishes will be served in the traditional manner, on a copper tarami, to offer an authentic dining experience.
