A New Milestone in Bharat Nagar, Mankhurd: Valmiki Vikas Sangh Takes a Strong Step Towards Women Empowerment

The Valmiki Vikas Sangh hosted a grand inauguration ceremony for the board of its newly formed Women’s Wing at Bharat Nagar, Mankhurd, Mumbai On 10 April 2025.   The event was a significant milestone in the organization’s journey toward empowering women and expanding its reach. Distinguished leaders and officials from Valmiki Vikas Sangh graced the occasion, making it a memorable and impactful event. This ceremony symbolized both the strength of the organization and the emerging role of women leadership in society.

The event was graced by several prominent leaders, including Ramveer Parcha, National President of Valmiki Vikas Sangh; Sana Nawab Malik, NCP MLA; Omveer Parcha, National Organiser; Billu Chatole; Lalit Marothia, Maharashtra State President; Dilip Chauhan, Mumbai State President; Bunty Marothia, Maharashtra State Vice President; Dilip Chauhan, General Secretary; Mrs. Kamal Godriya, Women’s Branch President of Mankhurd Division; Raja Savriya, Taluka President; Manoj Ujjainwal, Branch President; Anil Chauhan; Rupesh Dhakoliya; along with their entire executive teams, branch and taluka officials, members, and many local workers.

Valmiki Vikas Sangh’s Maharashtra State President Lalit Marothia told Mumbai Tarang newspaper that “Valmiki Vikas Sangh is now moving forward with new energy and organised efforts. The formation of the women’s branch and the inauguration of the board is a symbol of the fact that the organisation has made women empowerment its priority along with social justice. He called it a milestone in the history of the organisation and said that the participation of women brings a balance of sensitivity, strength and foresight in the organisation, which will determine the future direction”.

The program was extremely successful, inspiring and enthusiastic. It was particularly noteworthy that women from Mankhurd Bharat Nagar area attended the event in large numbers and participated with full enthusiasm and dedication. On the occasion of the inauguration of the Mahila Shakha, not only did the women imbibe the objectives and values of the organization, but they also actively participated in various organizational activities, giving a clear indication that now the women of the society are coming forward strongly on the leadership platform. Their enthusiasm and participation made the entire event lively and memorable, which was a strong message for the social unity and future of the Valmiki Vikas Sangh.
