To Drive Brand Growth and Guest Engagement Across Marriott’s Key Properties

Deepikka Sinhaa, a seasoned hospitality marketing professional, has joined Marriott International as Cluster Director – Marketing & Communications. In this role, she will lead marketing and communication strategies across a cluster of Marriott properties, with a focus on enhancing brand visibility, driving guest engagement, and strengthening media outreach. Prior to this appointment, she served as Director of Marketing & Communications at JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar for nearly seven years.
Sinhaa brings over a decade of extensive experience in the hospitality industry, having worked with prestigious hotel brands such as Taj Hotels, Hyatt Regency Mumbai, and Accor. She showcased her marketing and communications expertise during her roles at Hyatt Regency Mumbai and Taj Santacruz. Beginning her career with The Taj Group, she built a strong foundation in public relations and brand communication. At Accor, she progressed to leadership positions, leading integrated marketing campaigns across multiple properties. Before entering the hospitality sector, she refined her skills at some of India’s top public relations agencies, gaining valuable experience in strategic communication.
Commenting on her appointment, Sinhaa said, “I am excited to be promoted to Marriott International and contribute to the brand’s continued growth in the region. I look forward to strengthening our communication strategies and building deeper connections with our guests.”
An alumna with a degree in Mass Communication and a Master’s in Marketing, Sinhaa combines academic expertise with hands-on experience in hospitality branding and media strategy.
Her appointment aligns with Marriott’s focus on enhancing its brand presence in key Indian markets.
