JW Marriott Pune is set to delight culinary enthusiasts with an exclusive gastronomic pop-up in collaboration with Comorin, one of India’s most acclaimed regional dining destinations. Scheduled for June 21 and 22, 2025, the special two-day event will take place at the hotel’s iconic rooftop restaurant, Paasha, offering guests an immersive exploration of India’s rich culinary diversity.
Comorin, celebrated for its inventive take on traditional Indian flavours, brings to Pune a dining experience curated by Brand Chef Dhiraj Dargan. The restaurant has earned prestigious accolades, including being named the ‘Best Restaurant Bar in India’ by 30 Best Bars India Awards for four consecutive years and featuring on the list of Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants. Known for its innovative dishes and a beverage program rooted in house-made infusions and fermentations, Comorin’s culinary philosophy blends authenticity with creativity.
Guests will savour a thoughtfully crafted menu that includes signature dishes such as Comorin Pao Bhaji, Sweet Corn Khichdi, Champaran Mutton, and Cheeni Malai Toast, alongside vegetarian highlights like Malai Paneer Rara and Kashmiri Gucchi Pulao. These reimagined classics reflect a fine balance of nostalgia and novelty.
Complementing the food is a specially designed cocktail menu by Varun Sharma, Head of Bars – EHV International. Drinks such as Pickled Pom, Neer More, Fennel Paloma, and Cuban Sour add an inventive flair to the dining experience.
Set against Paasha’s panoramic skyline views, the collaboration promises an unforgettable evening steeped in taste, culture, and refinement.
