Blending wellness with luxury, the Ridhira Group hosted an exclusive International Yoga Day celebration at the serene Ridhira Retreat in Gandipet. The event brought together wellness enthusiasts, influencers, and special guests for an immersive afternoon centered around mindfulness and reconnection.
In alignment with this year’s global theme — “Yoga for One Earth, One Health” — the retreat underscored the intrinsic link between individual well-being and planetary health, echoing Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s call for a holistic lifestyle approach.
The highlight of the day was a calming Soulful Yoga & Spa session led by Advanced Yoga Teacher Vikas Shenoy. Surrounded by nature, participants practiced mindful movement and breathwork, embodying the event’s theme: “Breathe | Stretch | Reconnect.” Yoga mats, arranged harmoniously, added to the tranquil ambiance.

Yoga enthusiasts engaged in mindful practice during the session.
Complementing the yoga session, guests engaged in personalized nutrition consultations with Health & Wellness Coach Aamani Reddy. Foot reflexology and massages by Ode Spa offered rejuvenation and relaxation. A powerful Sound Healing session led by renowned sound therapist Kaavya Bhagchandani introduced participants to the transformative energy of sonic vibrations using singing bowls and gongs.
The soulful setting was elevated by a live instrumental trio — sitar, santoor, and tabla — that infused traditional Indian music into the experience. A healthy high tea concluded the afternoon, nourishing body and soul.
Ritesh Mastipuram, Founder of Ridhira Group, reflected, “This day was a reminder — to pause, breathe, and reconnect. We envision wellness not as luxury, but as a lifestyle rooted in nature and intention.”
Through its verticals — Ridhira Retreat, Ode Spa, and Ridhira Wellness Real Estate — the Group reaffirmed its leadership in wellness-driven hospitality, with plans to expand such sanctuaries beyond Hyderabad.
