Cocktail lovers in the city have a reason to raise their glasses. Sofitel Mumbai BKC is currently hosting American Craft Cocktail Week from June 23 to 29, 2025 — a weeklong celebration dedicated to creativity, innovation, and the versatility of American spirits in the world of mixology.
The initiative forms part of a larger campaign to showcase Mumbai’s dynamic cocktail scene by bringing attention to some of the city’s most stylish and acclaimed venues. Among the participating bars are Aer at Four Seasons Hotel, Olive Bar and Kitchen, Slink & Bardot, Perch, Bonobo, Artisan, Jyran, Le Bar (both at Sofitel), Kima, Eve, Gigi, and Scarlet House. Taking the lead, Sofitel Mumbai BKC is promoting the celebration across its three key outlets — Pondicherry Café, Jyran, and Le Bar.
At Sofitel, the American Cocktail Week promotion is underway across its prominent F&B outlets — Pondicherry Café, Jyran, and Le Bar. The curated cocktail menu features standout drinks such as the Sofitel Gold Rush (Jim Beam, lemon, honey syrup), Bourbon Peach Smash (Jack Daniel No. 07, peach, honey syrup, lemon, and mint), Cinema Sour (Wild Turkey, popcorn syrup, lemon, cola reduction, vegan foamer), and Creamson Reverie (Jack Daniel No. 07, strawberry-balsamic syrup, bitters, and edible glitter), each priced at Rs. 999 plus taxes.
A special premium cocktail, Mango Pickle Old Fashioned — a mix of Woodford Reserve, pickled syrup, saline solution, and bitters — is also on offer for Rs. 1,999 plus taxes.
