A seasoned hotelier, Aman Dhoundiyal has been appointed General Manager of Hilton Garden Inn Mumbai International Airport, marking a notable leadership move for one of the city’s newest upscale hotels. Before joining Hilton Garden Inn, Dhoundiyal held the position of General Manager at the heritage property Jehan Numa Palace in Bhopal.

In his new role, Dhoundiyal will oversee the hotel’s overall operations, including guest experience, service quality, team development, revenue management, and operational excellence. He will also play a pivotal role in defining the hotel’s strategic vision, ensuring that Hilton’s global standards are delivered with the signature warmth and cultural sensitivity that Fariyas Hotels & Resorts has been known for over the years.

With nearly two decades of experience across some of the world’s most respected hospitality brands—Marriott, InterContinental, The Oberoi, and Starwood—Dhoundiyal brings a people-first leadership style and strong operational expertise to the property. His appointment reflects a renewed focus on innovation, guest satisfaction, and service excellence at this newly launched hotel.

A native of Delhi, Dhoundiyal completed his secondary education at the prestigious St. Xavier’s School and higher secondary at DTEA, New Delhi. He was the first in his family to join the hospitality industry, earning a degree in Hospitality Management, Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition from IHM Trivandrum.
