Chocolate takes center stage from 7 to 13 July, as The Dome’s constellation of bars unveils a limited-edition menu of chocolate-infused cocktails. Each venue offers its own interpretation—from espresso-laced creations to smoky, spirit-forward blends—transforming cacao into a fine art form that pairs beautifully with the city’s starlit skyline.

At Flûte Bar by lebua, the Champagne & Chocolate Affair offers a romantic tasting experience featuring Ayala Brut Rosé and a handcrafted chocolate platter that includes Valrhona truffles, sea salt tartlets, praline-hazelnut bites, and strawberries. Pink Bar by lebua presents a more decadent encounter with a bottle of 2009 Billecart-Salmon Louis Salmon Grand Cru paired with artisan chocolates, thoughtfully selected to enhance the champagne’s refined complexity.

At Chef’s Table by lebua, the celebration turns personal. Chef Guillaume pays tribute to World Chocolate Day by reimagining his favourite childhood confections. Crafted with Chiang Mai-sourced Thai chocolate and refined with French technique, his petits fours are as heartfelt as they are exquisite.
