Residents of Mira Road and nearby areas, long deprived of quality placement and HR services, now have a reason to celebrate. Shining Stars — a well-established name in talent acquisition and career development — has opened its office in Mira Road. The official Mumbai launch took place on August 5, 2025, at the prestigious Seven Eleven Club, with MLA Narendra Mehta attending as the Chief Guest.
Founded in 2012 and headquartered in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, Shining Stars ITPL has earned a strong reputation over the past 13 years in the fields of executive search, recruitment, training, and HR services. The company caters extensively to the BPO, KPO, ITeS, and service industries, having facilitated employment for thousands of job seekers across India.
The Mumbai launch event witnessed the presence of several dignitaries. MLA Narendra Mehta formally inaugurated the centre by lighting the traditional lamp, accompanied by Sitaram Mewati, Senior Journalist and Editor-in-Chief of Mumbai Messenger newspaper, who attended as a special guest. Also present were Dev Chinmay, Vice President of Shining Stars; Shraddha Deshpande, Center Director, Pranoti Gupte- Corporate Trainer, Shwetan Deshpande, Devang Mewati and other notable guests.
A symbolic handprint by MLA Mehta on a digital tablet marked the official inauguration of Shining Stars’ Mumbai operations. The evening featured interactive sessions, a vibrant cultural programme, and concluded with a networking dinner.
In his address, MLA Narendra Mehta expressed optimism about the launch, calling it a significant opportunity for the youth of Mira-Bhayandar. “The opening of Shining Stars in Mira-Bhayandar is a great opportunity for the locals. It will help them secure better employment. I am greedy—not for myself, but for the youth of my constituency to have the best possible job prospects,” he said. He also announced that his own institution would collaborate with the Shining Stars group to further enhance employment avenues for the local population.
Dev Chinmay, Vice President of Shining Stars, emphasized the company’s unwavering commitment to ethical recruitment practices. “Shining Stars is a well-established organization with 13 years of experience. We have successfully arranged job opportunities for thousands of candidates in reputed companies. Importantly, we do not charge any joining fee—our services are absolutely free for job seekers. Our goal is to provide them with the best possible job opportunities,” he stated.
Speaking about the newly launched Mumbai branch, he proudly highlighted that the entire local team comprises women—an inspiring representation of women empowerment. “Mumbai is Maya Nagri, the City of Dreams. It is home to nearly all major corporations and offers a vast talent pool of job seekers. Our focus is to ensure fair and rewarding opportunities for deserving candidates in top-tier organizations,” he added.
With this expansion, Shining Stars ITPL aims to strengthen its footprint in Maharashtra and remain dedicated to its mission of shaping futures and connecting talent with opportunity.
