Papa Johns, in partnership with PJP Foods India Private Limited, has officially launched in India, opening four restaurants across Bengaluru in Indiranagar, Hennur, Electronic City, and Sarjapur Road. The brand promises to bring its globally recognized philosophy of Better Ingredients. Better Pizza. to Indian consumers, featuring a special Ghee Roast Pizza crafted for local tastes.
Operated by master franchisee PJP Foods India—a joint venture between PJP Investments Group and Ambrosia QSR—the Bengaluru outlets are supported by a centralized Quality Control Center (QCC) in Hennur. Here, Papa Johns’ signature fresh dough is prepared daily to ensure consistent quality across all restaurants.
To mark the launch, actor and influencer Danish Sait features in a campaign video highlighting the brand’s entry into India with humor and local flair.
Speaking about the launch, Tapan Vaidya, Group CEO, PJP Investments Group, said, “Our pizzas are crafted with fresh, never-frozen dough, premium toppings, and a focus on consistent quality. Bengaluru is the ideal city to begin this journey, and we aim to expand rapidly across India.”

The Bengaluru menu blends global favorites with local innovation, including the Ghee Roast Pizza available in chicken and paneer variants. Customers can also enjoy worldwide bestsellers with the signature Special Garlic Sauce. Papa Johns will serve dine-in and takeaway options, with delivery services to follow.
This launch marks a significant step in Papa Johns’ international growth, bringing premium-quality pizzas to Indian food lovers while balancing global classics with local flavors.
