Daryaganj, the iconic restaurant credited with inventing Butter Chicken and Dal Makhani, has extended its culinary legacy with a new offering: Rolls and Kebabs by Daryaganj. The initiative brings the brand’s signature flavours, rooted in tandoor and kebab preparations, into a convenient, on-the-go format.
The menu features a wide mix of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, all wrapped in soft rumali roti and complemented with mint chutney, onions, and a hint of chaat masala. Choices range from Paneer Tikka, Soya Malai Chaap, and Aloo Tikka to Chicken Tikka, Chicken Malai Tikka, Chicken Seekh, Bhatti Chicken, Mutton Seekh, and Sole Fish Tikka. Each roll preserves the distinctive taste that has made Daryaganj a household name since 1947.
Amit Bagga, Co-founder & CEO of Daryaganj, speaking about the launch, said, “Our food has always been about comfort, familiarity, and honest flavours. The rolls allow us to take the same recipes and techniques we’ve followed for decades and present them in a way that fits into everyday routines, without changing what people love about our food.”
The new offering caters to quick lunches, light snacks, or comforting meals during busy days, bringing Daryaganj’s historic culinary heritage into convenient, everyday moments. With Rolls and Kebabs by Daryaganj, the brand continues to combine its rich legacy with modern, accessible formats for today’s diners.
