The city’s dining scene has received a major boost with the reopening of the award-winning Revival restaurant at The Fern Residency, Series by Marriott, in Seshadripuram, Bengaluru. After a gap of nearly a decade, the iconic pan-Indian vegetarian brand has returned to the city, marking a significant moment for food lovers who have long associated Revival with refined, heritage dining.
Originating from Bombay, Revival is known as one of the most sought-after ‘Veg for Life’ destinations, offering a wide range of culinary experiences. The Bengaluru outlet features a fine dining restaurant, four banquet halls, all-day dining, in-room dining options and an elaborate breakfast spread, making it a comprehensive food and hospitality destination.
For the first time in South India, Revival is bringing its signature Bombay chaats, West Indian and Chowpatty-style North Indian specialities, along with South Indian dishes and items from its in-house bakery and confectionery. Guests can enjoy handmade chaats prepared live at the table, while the West Indian menu showcases popular Rajasthani, Gujarati and Maharashtrian classics with refined presentation.
The venue is also designed to host everything from board meetings and conferences to family functions and social celebrations, with live cooking counters and a spacious ballroom. A well-appointed bar is expected to be added soon.
With its tradition of warm Indian hospitality, sustainable practices and a legacy that has served millions of guests since 1947, Revival’s return is expected to make it one of Bengaluru’s preferred destinations for premium vegetarian dining and celebrations.
It is worth mentioning that Revival Restaurant, Mumbai, is renowned for its award-winning pan-Indian vegetarian cuisine, Bombay-style chaats, and authentic regional dishes from Gujarat, Rajasthan, and Maharashtra. With warm hospitality, elegant ambiance, and live counters serving freshly prepared delicacies, it has become an iconic culinary landmark, attracting loyal food enthusiasts for decades.
