Novotel Ahmedabad has introduced Infine, a one-of-a-kind fine-dining destination that not only redefines elegance but also champions women empowerment in hospitality. As Ahmedabad’s first women-oriented restaurant, Infine is led and managed entirely by a team of talented women who bring intuitive grace, thoughtful service, and refined leadership to the forefront of the guest experience.
Set within a stunning European-inspired glass structure, Infine blends modern design with soulful ambience. Open daily from 7:00 PM to 2:00 AM, the restaurant features a curated menu of vegetarian and non-vegetarian delights, each dish crafted with finesse and complemented by creative mocktails.
The space glows with natural elements—glass walls, lush greenery, water features, and stone candle centerpieces—creating a harmonious blend of energy and calm. Rooted in sustainability, Infine is more than just a restaurant; it is a statement of inclusivity, leadership, and the power of women transforming the culinary landscape of Ahmedabad.

Amit Sangwan – GM Novotel Ahmedabad
Infine is built with sustainability in mind, balancing low energy consumption with aesthetic excellence. As the city’s only upscale venue offering an elegant late-night fine-dine experience, Infine redefines how Ahmedabad dines after dark — stylishly, soulfully, and sustainably.
Amit Sangwan, General Manager of Novotel Ahmedabad, shared the vision behind Infine’s creation, saying, “The youngster from Ahmedabad is looking for something different, something unique. In consultation with our owner, the idea of Infine was conceptualised to meet that evolving demand. The space we used was previously underutilised, so we transformed both open and closed areas into a thoughtfully designed restaurant. The kitchen itself has been innovatively set up inside a converted luggage container, fully equipped with the latest culinary technology.”
He further added, “We even reached out on our WhatsApp groups to crowdsource suggestions. Many recommended small-plate formats and a social-media-friendly vibe—something visually appealing and easy to share. That feedback has been a guiding force in shaping Infine into a space that today’s diners can truly enjoy.”
