koli food by inviting real Koli “Maavshi” to cook authentic dishes. Ranjan Rajni
Executive Chef along with Koli speciality chef Harsha Tapke has designed
exclusive dishes for Mumbaikar.
There would be an exclusive display of Koli dishes served on the buffet. Salil

authentic delicacies for food connoisseurs pf Mumbai. There are all authentic koli
dishes prepared for ongoing food festival. This scrumptious spread will be served
with a variety of famous fish, crabs and oysters cooked in a traditional way with
a lot of Koli secret spices and coconut.
So, delve into the delectable aromas of conventional Koli delicacies with a hint of
contemporary twist; the master chef has prepared a specially crafted menu for
all sea food lovers. To begin witnh it includes a taste of Karandi Bhaji, and move
on to Crab Rassa and Kolumbi Cha Ambara which are prepared in traditional
style amongst many other such dishes. End this trip on a sweet note with a
customary Bhareli Keli which will be prepared with bananas filled with coconut
and jaggery fried in ghee.
