Arvind Kejriwal takes oath again

AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal has been sworn in as the chief minister of Delhi for the third successive time at the historic Ramlila Maidan. Big banners bearing messages like ‘Dhanyavad Dilli’ along with Kejriwal’s image have been put up in and around Ramlila Maidan for the swearing-in ceremony. The event is “open to public” but is devoid of the usual gathering of political heavyweights. Around 50 people from different walks of life who are ‘Delhi ke Nirmata’ and contributed to the development of the city during the last five years also shared the stage with Kejriwal.
“Your son has taken oath for third time as Delhi CM; this is not my victory but yours,” said Mr. Kejriwal. “I did not give step-motherly treatment to anyone, I worked for everyone in last 5 years I want to make Delhi beautiful and work with all the people,” he said.
Six MLAs including Manish Sisodia and Gopal Rai were sworn in as cabinet ministers today along with Aam Aadmi Party chief Arvind Kejriwal, who took oath as the Chief Minister of Delhi for a third time.Satyendar Jain,Kailash Gehlot, Imran Hussain and Rajendra Pal Gautam were the other ministers who took the oath as well.
