The Leela Mumbai as it brings to you a Limited Edition White Asparagus Dégustation Menu at Le Cirque Signature. With a riveting expanse of modern Franco-Italian cuisine, this sublime four – course menu will highlight the delicate and aromatic flavours of White Asparagus. The festival is on till till 29th February, 2020.
You can begin your gastronomic sojourn with exquisite antipasti like Char-Grilled White Asparagus with Black Truffle Ice Cream, Porcini Dust and Herb Meringue or White Asparagus Velouté with Smoked Chicken, Scamorza Tortellini and Basil Oil Drizzle.
You can indulge in masterfully crafted pasta like Porcini and Asparagus Pansotti with Parmesan Fondue, Espresso Foam and Puffed Quinoa or opt for the Wild Garlic, Ricotta and Asparagus Raviolo with Meaty Lamb Soup and Truffle Shavings.

The main course features delicacies like Crunchy Polenta stuffed with Asparagus Puree and Green Peas; Confit Chilean Sea Bass with Balsamic Braised Asparagus, Pine nuts and Truffle Hollandaise and Pan Seared Female Duck Breast with Butter Braised Asparagus, Wild Berries, Cherry Jus and Quail egg.
In – house sommelier will enhance your dining experience by pairing your meal with a handpicked selection of wines. To end your evening on a sweet note, try out Vanilla Goat Cheese Gelato with Caramelized Strawberries and Candied White Asparagus.
