PANEER MUTTER KHAGEENA

INGREDIENTS
- Paneer trimmings 750.00 gm
- Tomato chopped 200.00 gm
- Onion chopped 100.00 gm
- Green Chili chopped 10.00 gm
- Salt – As per taste
- Potli Masala 5.00 gm
- Sandal 2.00 gm
- Green Peas 150.00 gm
- Desi Ghee 200.00 gm
METHOD:
- Take a fry pan & keep it on low flame.
- Add ghee into the pan; keep it on gas until it turns hot.
- Add onion, chili & tomato into the hot ghee & sauté well for almost 5 mins until the onions turns golden brown.
- Add green peas, potli masala, sandal powder as per above quantity.
- Add salt to taste & mix well; cook all the ingredients for 10 minutes.
- At the final stage now, add paneer trimmings, stir it carefully, with mild hand (so the the paneer pieces doesn’t break apart).
- Cook it for wholesome 10-12 minutes.
- Garnish it with saffron & enjoy it hot & tasty.
