Intercontinental Marine Drive’s team of Chefs at the hotel is creating signature dishes from their award winning restaurants for Mumbaikar’s.
The Food and Beverage team at the hotel has carefully curated a menu from their conic Restaurants namely Kebab Korner, Long & Short Bistro and Pizzeria and Mumbai’s Favourite Rooftop Bar, The Dome. They are available for Takeaway, Self Pick-up and delivery across Mumbai.
It may be noted that the team that prepares and handles food has been in residence since the lockdown started. They follow the strictest brand mandated, globally accepted safety and hygiene standards that include a complete sanitization routine, hourly temperature checks and use of face masks and gloves all through the day. They double pack the food, have implemented strict pick up protocols with our delivery partners including having a sanitizer station for them and checking their temperature when they collect your food as well.
Deepak Dandge, Executive Chef is in residence at all times to ensure that all standards are followed precisely. A mandatory practice of a 2 meter distance between employees has been implemented across all operational areas. At the start of each day all areas and work surfaces are sanitized using the best IHG mandated global standards.
