India’s biggest kidney dialysis hospital opens today in Delhi; to offer free dialysis services to patients

The Guru Harkrishan Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Kidney Dialysis Hospital, set-up by the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (DSGMC), is set to be inaugurated today on March 7, 2021.

Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee Chief Manjinder Singh Sirsa said that this is the first hospital where there will be no cash counter.

There will just be a registration counter for sick patients who do not need to pay any fee for availing various health services offered by the hospital.

He also added that the Guru Harkrishan Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Kidney Dialysis Hospital prides itself on being India’s first ultra-modern, state-of-the-art kidney dialysis hospital which will treat patients for free.

It is a 100-bed kidney dialysis hospital where up to 500 patients can undergo dialysis every day.

Not only free treatment, the patients and their family members will also get free food offered by the management.

People will be able to register online by visiting the DCGMC website.
