Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan, who turned a year older on March 14, has decided to quit social media.
The actor made the announcement a day after his 56th birthday. In his last post, he wrote that he is so active anyway.
Before calling it quits, Khan thanked all his fans for their birthday wishes.
He wrote, “Hey guys, thank you so much for all the love and warmth on my birthday. My heart is full. In other news, this is going to be my last post on social media. Considering that I am so active anyway, I have decided to drop the pretense.”
All things related to the actor will now be shared via the official handle of his production house, Aamir Khan Productions. “We will continue to communicate as we did before. In addition, Aamir Khan Productions (AKP) has created its official channel. So, future updates on me and my films can be found there. Lots of love,” Aamir concluded.
The actor is presently busy with his upcoming film Laal Singh Chaddha, co-starring Kareena Kapoor Khan.
The film, directed by Advait Chandan, is scheduled to hit the marquee on Christmas 2021.
