Blending high-end design with the essence of Indian heritage, Punjab Grill is set to make its mark on the world-famous Dubai dining scene. This exclusive Indian fine-dining destination is perfect for romantic evenings, corporate luncheons and private gatherings with family and friends, with views over the Oberoi Courtyard.
The much-loved restaurant, celebrated for bringing alive the truly authentic flavors of India, is the latest opening for the globally acclaimed Punjab Grill, part of India’s Super Eats Investments, as it expands in the GCC.
It may be noted that Punjab Grill restaurants already exists in Singapore, Washington D.C. and Bangkok. The UAE is key in the brand’s Middle East expansion and the long-awaited Dubai destination will be exciting news for fans. PG’s world-famous restaurants in Bangkok and Singapore have won international acclaim, both mentioned in the Michelin Guide, and the Washington DC location is now one of the city’s top dining destinations.
Chairman Amit Burman said: “We have had a huge success with our award winning first restaurant here in the UAE since it launched in 2015, at The Ritz Carlton Grand Canal, Abu Dhabi, and felt it was the right time to bring the concept to Dubai. We are very excited to begin this important strategic relationship with The Oberoi Dubai, as we expand across the UAE and GCC region.
He added “Hospitality has changed over the last year and we are in a time when people are seeking more intimate experiences; this location fits that demand perfectly, blending that intimacy with luxury.”
Led by Executive Chef Sandeep Ail, the menu embraces flavorful curries, kebabs, and classic Indian desserts with an exciting gastronomic twist, giving diners an authentic, yet modern experience of Indian cuisine.
Guests can enjoy watching the buzz of the chefs in action with Punjab Grill’s live open kitchen, where the team are hard at work blending the aromas and flavours of the rich menu. Flames and tandoors make the experience come alive, with the vibrancy of India’s colourful cuisines, a feast for the senses.
