Badminton star Jwala Gutta is all set to marry actor Vishnu Vishal on April 22 this year.
Jwala and Vishal, who got engaged in September 2020, took to their respective social media handles to convey the news.
Jwala, 37, winner of the 2010 Commonwealth Games gold medal and Arjuna Award recipient, got engaged on her birthday last year.
“With the blessings of our families, it gives us immense joy in sharing the news of our marriage, in a private affair in presence of near and dear,” Jwala Gutta wrote on her Twitter post.
The post further read, “We are getting married. We thank you for all the love you have showered upon us over the years and seek blessings as we embark on this journey of love, loyalty, friendship and togetherness.”
Tamil actor Vishal also took to Twitter to share this wonderful news, “LIFE IS A JOURNEY… EMBRACE IT… HAVE FAITH AND TAKE THE LEAP… Need all your love and support as always.”
