The newly appointed Flag Officer Commanding in Chief of the Western Naval Command, Vice Admiral Ajendra Bahadur Singh called on Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari at Raj Bahvan, Mumbai on Thursday (2nd Dec). This was a courtesy call as per laid-down protocol.
