Sonali Zagade, newly appointed General Manager of Hyatt Regency Gurgaon

Sonali Zagade, a seasoned hotelier has recently joined as the General Manager of Hyatt Regency Gurgaon. She brings a wealth of experience and expertise that includes delivering significant financial performance, enhancing service standards. Prior to joining Hyatt Regency Gurgaon, her last assignment was with Grand Hyatt Mumbai as Hotel Manager. In her current capacity, Zagade brings to the table expertise that includes delivering significant financial performance, enhancing service standards.

Sonale is a passionate hotelier, brings unmatched enthusiasm and a forward-thinking approach with her major strength in hotel operations. She has strong business insights with a remarkable history of working with leading brands as Leela Kempinski, Starwood Hotels. She has been with the Hyatt group since 2013.

Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi, Sonale brings with her a wealth of knowledge, in-depth experience, and a passion for hospitality. “Every day there is something new and different that keeps me going, but when I see my staff excited and showing genuine care for our guests, that’s what does it for me. The hotel industry boils down to just that – taking care of the people coming to your hotel and exceeding their expectations.”

Experience: Her wealth of experience includes Hotel Manager at Grand Hyatt Mumbai, Director of Operations Hyatt Regency Mumbai, Director of Rooms Hyatt Regency Chennai, Director of Rooms and Operational Excellence at Starwood hotels & resorts India.
