Dive into the finest south Indian delicacies from the states of Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Kerala and Karnataka specially. South Indian delicacies are curated by Celebrity Executive Chef Jerson Fernandes and his team.  

 Made with authentic ingredients and heaps of love, flavours of South India will ensure guests indulge in an unforgettable spread at this Food Festival. It is organised at their prominent restaurant The Square.

The menu is a mélange of simple yet interesting recipes both from the ancient and modern era being served live and on the buffet. Every recipe has a story to tell and the menu has been sensitively curated with equal number of offerings for both Vegetarians and Non-Vegetarians.

Efforts have been made to promote lost recipes, home cooked meals using the simplest and readily available local ingredients and produce to promote sustainable cooking best practices of PLANET 21- the sustainability development programme of Accor for positive hospitality.
