The event is curated by the first Lady Master Chef of Kerala – Chef Latha, has especially flown down to Mumbai from Grand Hyatt Kochi, who is passionate about Kerala food. Mumbaikar will get to experience the best of festive Kerala with an elaborate food festival offering an assortment of delicious ethnic fare in the vegetarian and non vegetarian variant.
Chef Latha’s exclusive curated menu includes Vazhapoo cutlets, Kozhi porichathu (fried chicken), Mutton pachamulaku (green chilly lamb curry), Home-style Nadan chicken curry, Fish mango curry pair it with authentic home-style Ghee rice, Kerala Paratha or Appam and end the meal with Pal payassam or Rice laddoo.
